Cricket Week 2020
25th – 31st August
We hope you are well and have been able to enjoy the recent heatwave. It has been fantastic to see so many of you playing and training over the past few weeks when a couple of months ago we were resigned to not seeing a lot, if any cricket this year.
Please see below details for our annual cricket week running from 25/8 to 31/8.
Due to current restrictions which still limit us to groups of 30 for cricket activities (including coaches/umpires etc) some events may not be on the same scale as previous years but we are happy we are able to get some activities in still!
We must remind everyone that you must not attend the club or events if;
- You are ill.
- You or a member of your household have any COVID-19 symptoms.
- You have been told to isolate by track and trace.
- You have been abroad recently and are required to quarantine.
Our full Covid-19 guidance can be found here.
Spectators are permitted at the ground but please stay in bubbles as per social distancing rules, away from the players.
The bar will be open serving from the patio doors all week so please pop in for a drink or 3!
We hope to see you there enjoying the club!

Rob Wilson Memorial Day- Monday 31st August
Celebrating the life of one of our greatest Cricketers and Captains, those that have been at the club for a while have fond memories of a man who was taken from us far to soon.
On Bank holiday we come together as a club to celebrate his life with an inter-club tournament open to all eligible players able to play senior cricket (over 13’s, Men’s and Women’s teams).
With restrictions this year will be a 7 a-side competition.

We thank you all for your participation this year and hope to see you at our cricket week activities.
