Natwest Cricket Force
As is tradition the season kicks off with our Natwest Cricket Force weekend, this year on 10th and 11th April.
There is a lot to do to get ready for the season and we need the help of any willing volunteers to prepare the ground and facilities ready for training and matches to start.
A few of the notable jobs include, putting up the fixed and mobile nets, cleaning & erecting sight screens, putting on covers, removing fencing around square, general tidying, ground work.
Any help is greatly appreciated if you are able to spare an hour or 2, from 2pm each day.

Spectators, parents and facilities.
We must ask that you all follow the latest government guidance when inside the ground including social distancing and group guidance at all times particularly around the car park and clubhouse, we appreciate that we have all been stuck inside for months and the temptation to mingle with others will be high but please do so inline with current restrictions, keeping your distance where possible.
Our facilities will open inline with restrictions, for the start of the season there will be no access to the pavilion except the toilets, we hope that we can open the bar and offer refreshments as restrictions ease.
As last year- do not attend the club if you or any family members have any symptoms no matter how mild- please help us to keep everyone safe.
We are currently looking for any senior players or parents that would be able to help out with junior cricket. This can include anything from helping to organise teams, scoring, umpiring or even taking a coaching course.
Anyone that would be able to volunteer please contact Matt Fagg. We cannot run cricket without volunteers willing to give up a little time to help out.
