Mersham Sports Club is fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of all its members.

The club believes it is important that members, coaches, administrators and parents associated with the club should, at all times, show respect and understanding for the safety and welfare of others.

Members, Parents and Carers are encouraged to be open at all times and to share any concerns or complaints that they may have about any aspect of the club with a member of our safeguarding team- see below.

Hopefully the majority of issues can be solved with a discussion between parties however if you have something more serious to report please complete an MSC Incident form which should be downloaded and sent to any of the Safeguarding Team below.

If you believe anyone’s immediate safety to be at risk and require urgent action please call us or alternatively the organisations at the bottom of the table.
